Please note, you must complete your booking by 5pm the day before the collection day for your area. Bookings made after this time can't be guaranteed for the next day and may be processed for the following week.

How To Do It

Step 1Read the important information before proceeding.

Step 2Select a removal date.

Step 3Select the items you want to remove

AFind below the items you need removing.

BTap "Add to cart"

C Repeat "B", if necessary, until you've selected everything you want.

NOTE: if you need more than one of the same items collecting you can change the quantity (or remove items) in the shopping cart.

Step 4When you're done, tap on "Continue to checkout".

PLEASE REVIEW THIS INFORMATION BEFORE PROCEEDING...

Items need to be left outside ready for collection by 7am on your scheduled collection day.
Items need to be empty for us to collect (e.g - fridge, wardrobe, units, divan bed, etc).
Only items that have been booked & paid for will be collected.
If we cannot access the booked items on your scheduled day, then a wasted journey fee will be charged, which is £20, with the balance of your booking cost refunded.
If you wish to change/cancel a booking, then this needs to be done by 3.30pm on the previous working day of the scheduled collection.
